About Melbourn Science Park
Beech House nestles in the mature surroundings of the Melbourn Science Park, currently home to a number of the region’s most successful businesses.

Melbourn Science Park covers some 17 acres with nine buildings totalling over 200,000 sq ft. It is located in the village of Melbourn, 9 miles south of Cambridge. The collegiate business park environment can be enjoyed by staff in a number of professionally designed external seating areas located throughout the landscape.
The park enjoys all the amenities of Melbourn Village including sports facilities, restaurants, shops, pubs, post office and building society.
The park is owned by The Technology Partnership Group and is home to a broad range of companies engaged in pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, communications, printing, electronics, mechanical engineering, testing and technology consulting.
Melbourn Science Park Ltd. is the holding company for the park and is responsible for its management and development.
